BuildTrack Client Notifications is a transactional text messaging program operated by Syncora LLC. Contractors who use the BuildTrack platform may send their own clients a text message containing a link to a project document — an estimate, invoice, contract, change order, or lien waiver — that requires the client's review, approval, or signature.
Recipients are contacts of a contractor's business who have provided their phone number directly to that contractor. By providing a phone number to a contractor for this purpose, the recipient consents to receive transactional text messages related to their project from that contractor via this program.
Message frequency varies and is tied to project activity — typically one message per document sent (for example, when an estimate is shared or an invoice is issued).
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major US carriers.
