BuildTrack ("we", "us", or "our") is a construction management platform operated by Syncora LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, company name
• Business data: projects, clients, estimates, invoices, and related financial records entered by our platform users (contractors)
• Contact information for a contractor's own clients, including name, email, and phone number, provided by the contractor to send project documents and notifications
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the platform
• QuickBooks data: invoice, customer, and payment data synced via QuickBooks Online integration

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BuildTrack platform
• To sync data with QuickBooks Online on your behalf
• To send estimate, invoice, contract, change order, and lien waiver notifications by email and SMS text message
• To improve platform features and performance

4. SMS / Text Messaging

When a contractor using BuildTrack sends a client a text message notification (for example, a link to an estimate or invoice), we collect and use that client's mobile phone number solely to deliver the requested transactional message.

• Message frequency varies based on project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages.
• Reply HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. QuickBooks Integration

When a contractor connects QuickBooks Online, we access that QuickBooks data solely to sync invoices, customers, and payments between BuildTrack and QuickBooks. We do not sell or share QuickBooks data with any third party.

6. Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Appwrite Cloud infrastructure, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

• Appwrite Cloud — database, authentication, and file storage
• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — transactional SMS delivery
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — accounting integration (when connected)

8. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as the associated account is active. Account holders may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.
